2. Services Provided

Auction Shipping provides professional packing, crating, shipping, fulfillment, and logistics services for auction houses, businesses, and individual clients.
Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Pickup, packing, and crating

  • Domestic and international shipping coordination

  • Storage and warehousing

  • Fulfillment and drop-ship services

  • White glove delivery


All services are subject to availability, service area coverage, and item eligibility.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by Auction Shipping are estimates based on the information supplied by the customer.
Final charges may vary based on:

  • Actual dimensions, weight, or materials used

  • Carrier fees, insurance costs, or special handling requirements

  • Destination, delivery method, and time sensitivity


Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Auction Shipping reserves the right to adjust pricing due to carrier rate changes or unforeseen conditions.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due as specified on your invoice or service agreement.
We accept major credit cards, checks, or approved electronic payment methods.
Late payments may incur additional charges. Services may be suspended or withheld for accounts past due.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Auction Shipping partners with reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, and freight forwarders to provide delivery options.
While we take every precaution to ensure timely and secure delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times due to factors beyond our control, including weather, customs delays, or carrier issues.

All shipments are subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions, which may include limitations of liability and claim procedures.

6. Insurance and Liability

Auction Shipping offers declared value and insurance coverage upon request. Unless insurance is purchased, shipments are covered only to the extent provided by the carrier’s standard terms.
Auction Shipping’s liability for any loss, damage, or delay shall not exceed the declared value or the limits established by the applicable carrier or governing regulations.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from:

  • Acts of God, weather, or natural disasters

  • Improper packaging by third parties

  • Customs inspections or international regulations

  • Delays or actions by carriers or agents beyond our control


Claims for loss or damage must be made in writing within five (5) business days of delivery. Supporting documentation, including photos and proof of value, must be provided.

7. Storage and Warehousing

Stored items are handled with professional care. Storage charges apply as agreed upon.
While Auction Shipping implements secure and climate-controlled storage options, we are not liable for loss or damage beyond the coverage expressly provided in writing.

8. Prohibited Items

Customers may not ship or store the following items:

  • Hazardous or illegal materials

  • Perishable goods

  • Currency, cash equivalents, or precious stones

  • Firearms or ammunition

  • Items prohibited by local or international law


Auction Shipping reserves the right to refuse any shipment that, in our judgment, poses a safety, legal, or operational risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Auction Shipping and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auction Shipping shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or services.
Your exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with our services is to discontinue use and request a review or refund in accordance with these terms.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Auction Shipping, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses resulting from your use of our website or services, or from your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law
